How do I cancel my PanPlate subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select PanPlate to cancel or change your plan.

How does barcode scanning work?

Tap the scan icon in the Pantry toolbar and point your camera at a product barcode. PanPlate will look up the item and add it to your inventory automatically.

Are the AI-generated recipes safe to follow?

Our recipes are generated to help you plan meals, but always double-check ingredient amounts, cooking times, and allergen information before preparing any dish.

Can I share a pantry with my household?

Yes. Create a household in Settings and share the code with family members. Everyone who joins will see the same pantry and shopping list.
